In Tameer's mentoring service young people who are interested in starting their own business are linked with a LiveWIRE mentor for more individualized advice and mentoring. Mentors includes Shell employees, Tameer Role Models, and young professionals and entrepreneurs who possesses a particular area of business expertise. Mentoring is carried out on one to one basis or in small focus groups.
